Shipping and Delivery within the U.S.A.
Orders
are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days after receipt
of order when item is in stock. When inventory is low, please allow
up to 10 business days for delivery. Any orders placed over
the weekend will begin to process on Monday. You
may also expedite your shipment via FEDEX for an extra charge. Call

Shipping
and Delivery Internationally
If you live outside the U.S. and wish to order
from Archipelago, you must fill in our Order form (Download).
Once complete, mail it to sales@archipelago-inc.com
and you will receive a custom invoice to account for international
shipping rates.
Check
or Money Orders
Currently, we use Paypal to process our online
orders but if you would prefer to pay by check or money order you
may do so. Simply fill out our order form (Download)
and
mail it to us with your payment. Upon receipt we will process your
request. If you have any questions, email them to sales@archipelago-inc.com.
Exchanges
Items that have been ordered online can be exchanged within 10 days
of the mail order ship date. Call us at 1.206.985.arch (2724) or email
sales@archipelago-inc.com
and we will email an Exchange form for your items. Merchandise must
be unworn, unwashed apparel and unused. Upon receipt of your exchanged
items, we will process your new order. Please note that none of your
shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Returns
We
gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed apparel and unused merchandise
for full refund. Items cannot be returned more than 10 days after
the mail order ship date. Call us at 1.206.985.ARCH (2724) or

and we will email a Return form for your items. We fully guarantee
our goods to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any
defective items for full refund. If items are returned within 10 days
of receipt, the refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
Once items are received an email notification will be sent and your
account will be credited. Your account will be credited within 10
business days after we receive the merchandise. Please note that none
of your shipping costs will be reimbursed.
